Addison's Adventures: Orange Beach…Day 6

Another amazing day at the beach! We had a pretty low key morning, which is always nice. Then, late morning, Cleamon came to visit! Cleamon, aka Uncle Clea, is one of my dad’s best friends. I’ve known him since we moved to Louisana when I was 18 months old, and he was immediately part of our family. So, it’s always fun to get to visit with him! We went to LuLu’s (which is owned by Jimmy Buffet’s sister) for lunch with him (Penny and Liz stayed home, since Penny was just about ready for a nap). Somehow, I didn’t manage to get a single picture with Addie and Uncle Clea. Or just Cleamon, for that matter. Hopefully we’ll see him again soon! We had fun at lunch, and it was GOOD!

Once we got home from lunch, it was time to hit the beach. We dug holes, built sandcastles, ran, and jumped over waves.

Later that night, we went for some beach pictures. I thought Addie would look VERY beachy and sweet in a cute, flowy white dress. Addie had other plans. She NEEDED to wear sunglasses. So, these didn’t look quite as I had planned, but they are SO VERY Addie. Which I love.

Addie was running WILD all around while we were attempting to take her picture. This girl was made for the beach.

Here’s GiGi practicing her Shot Put through. Ha. Actually, after Addie pleading “again” for the 543rd time to be swung, this could be where GiGi’s back finally gave up.
