EASTER BUNNY

Ryan and I took Addie to see the Easter Bunny last night at the Galleria. She (surprisingly!!) went straight to him and LOVED him! She just sat and smiled for the camera. Yay!! I guess the Easter Bunny will have to be very good to her this year since she was so sweet! :)

Ohio Visit

Before we headed to Ohio, I dropped Sassy off at Liz and Chris’ house in Atlanta to stay with them while we were gone. We also got to visit with Penny while we were there, and Addie to her a Johnny Jump Up for her to try out. I think Penny liked it.

Also, please notice how cute Penny’s shirt is! She has such good taste in clothes!

We took Addie to Ohio to meet Ryan’s family this last weekend. She did okay on the car ride there. We stopped in Florence to spend the night, then headed to Columbus to have lunch with Ryan’s uncle Bill and his cousin Amy. It was great to meet them, and I’m always happy when Addie gets to meet more of her family!

After lunch, we headed to Willard. Ryan’s mom hadn’t seen Addie since she was 4 weeks old, so she was very excited to get to see her again! The only other member of his family that had met Addie was her cousin, Jazmine, who she just LOVED while she was there! :) She also got to meet her uncle, aunt, cousins, and her great-grandmother. We headed back to Alabama Tuesday morning, and Addie was being SO good, so we drove straight through. It was good to see everyone though, and Addie was quite pleased to meet them all. :)

 

Happy St. Patty’s Day!!

It’s going to be a CRAZY month!

It’s going to be one of those months…we have people visiting, Ryan traveling for work, a trip to Ohio so his family can meet Addie for the first time, then a trip to Kentucky for Elissa’s baby shower, and the list goes on….

My mom (GiGi) came for a short visit, which was wonderful!! She actually came to watch Addie because there were a TON of (church) consignment sales happening on the same weekend and I wanted to go (Addie free!). She came a couple of days early to be able to spend some time with us, and we had a great time, as usual!

PLUS, I think I got Addie’s complete spring/summer wardrobe (I bought 6 month, 9 month, and 12 month..so we should be covered!) along with plenty of toys for here and GiGi’s house! I also found her an outdoor playset (she’ll grow into in another month or so..) AND (another) walker that she LOVES. She zips around everywhere on it, which is quite amusing to watch.
