We got to spend some time with my parents this last week. We had such a great time! It was nice for Ryan to be on vacation and actually get to RELAX while we were there. Addie was SO excited to see GiGi and Granddaddy! We got to their house before their did, and as soon as they walked in the door she ran to them for hugs. :) We headed to Hendersonville, NC one of the days we were there. They had a “hands on” kids play place in the downtown shops. So, we went in to check it out for a while. Addie had a blast! :)

some of the other kids there put on a puppet show for Addie. They were excited to have an audience!
They had a “music” room. You would push the buttons and different music would play. Addie thought it was hilarious, and danced her little heart out. :)
She became obsessed with one of the strollers from the “nursery” area. Then, we met up with the boys, walked around, and had a nice lunch (while Addie took a nap) Such a fun day!!
GiGi also thought Addie should be using her spoon more. We give her spoons and forks when it’s nothing too messy, but yogurt still falls on us to feed her. She insisted Addie could handle it, and I wasn’t about to stand in her way. (After all it was HER kitchen, and SHE was going to have to clean it AND Addie up. Haha) I’ll admit, it was HILARIOUS to watch, however, now it is almost impossible to feed her yogurt without her trying to stick her whole arm in the container.
