The girls (and the rest of us!) were VERY excited for Granddaddy to finally join us! While we waited for him to arrive, Ryan set up the pool we had brought for the girls to play in.
Once they got tired of the pool, we moved on back to the ocean, where they played their little hearts out.
There were Jellyfish EVERYWHERE. Addie learned to spot them from a mile away and was on Jellyfish Patrol the whole time. Then GiGi would get rid of them for us. :)
Granddaddy got here just in time for an evening walk/run on the beach with everyone, including Sassy.

Sassy LOVED the beach.EVERY time we took her out she would just run and run and run. Which she hasn't done in a VERY LONG time.
(disclaimer...I'm putting up these entries a couple months after we went to the beach. This ended up being her last vacation she would ever go on. I am so incredibly thankful that we decided to take her with us and that she got to have such a fun time!!)
