a GREAT playdate

On Friday, Jenna and Allie brought their boys over to see the new house and play. It’s so fun to get the “Greats” together. Iain and Cory are hysterical to listen to, and Cory just LOVES him some babies! And I could not believe how BIG Isaiah (aka Denzel) had gotten!! We hung out at the house, went to a park for the boys to play, and just visited. It was so much fun!! We’ll all get together again soon,probably in Atlanta so we can see Wiggy too! Here’s some pics from our day.

On the move…

So, Addie went from scooting and rolling around the floor to crawling everywhere….YIKES! Time to babyproof, I guess…

She also started using her sippy cup for the first time by herself. We’ve been giving it to her for a couple of months now, but she usually just plays with them. Someone suggested this type/brand and she actually liked it!

Happy Valentine’s Day!!

For Addie’s 1st Valentine’s Day, she got a Fisher Price Learning Farm. She LOVES it!! She even helped me put it together. :) Happy Valentine’s Day!

   

Visiting Wiggy

Since our trip to Hoptown got cancelled, we decided to head to Atlanta to see Lil’ Wiggy (and her parents, of course…). We packed up our girls, and braved the (somewhat) icy roads.

 

We had some YUMMY (made from scratch by Aunt Liz)potato soup, went and browsed around IKEA, got a copy of Uncle Inky’s newest book, and had a Valentine Day photoshoot with the girls. (Okay, neither of them has been in the best of moods the last week or so, but we take what we can get…)

SNOW DAY!!

We were supposed to go to Hopkinsville this last weekend to visit, unfortunately the weather did not cooperate. However, the snow was pretty! :)

Walking

It's WAY too cold to be outside here, but we decided we NEEDED the exercise! So, we bundled little Addie up in layers and a blanket and headed out for a walk (with our fun new jogging stroller from GiGi!). We then realized how many hills our neighborhood had...yikes! Sassy waited for us at the door (she wasn't up for all those hills!).
